Hi! I’m Mindy. I’m an investor, realtor and Superhost. With my own personal real estate portfolio, I offer clients first hand experience at evaluating and selling real estate. Let me tell you a little about my background…
After an extensive career in travel and luxury marketing, I started my own marketing consultancy to help businesses grow. Upon completing my Wine Diploma, I decided to build upon that expertise by moving to Napa Valley to specifically serve wineries.
It was there that I became interested in making money through real estate, starting with my own properties. As I thought more and more about pursuing a career in real estate, I traveled to and fell in love with St. Augustine and knew it was the right place and the right time to bring my passions together.
From primary residences to investment properties, clients love how I bring a business mindset to their purchases, sales and portfolio strategies.
On a personal note, I love wine, food and travel! My favorite country is France and visiting and learning about it has been a passion of mine for years. I also enjoy gardening, decor and design. I started a Dining Club a year ago and I hosting dinners at local restaurants to bring likeminded people together from all walks of life. In addition to real estate sales, I also help investors host, manage and attain bookings, for their short term rentals, through my company Sugarfly.
