You may already know I’m pretty excited about the evolution of West Augustine. This is the area of St Augustine near West King St and Highway 1. In August last year, I purchased half an acre with two homes in the area.
Having lived in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and near Abbot Kinney in LA, when both were gentrifying, I can sense the potential and opportunity in this part of town. Lincolnville and West King Street are already becoming destinations in their own right. If you don’t mind a few quirks and fixer uppers, and you want to hold real estate to build equity, now is the right time to invest in this area.
If you’re a foodie or into fun shopping experiences, get West King St on your list.
Here’s why. But first, let’s start with the big news:
The Blue Hen Café has moved from Lincolnville to West King St!
